Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) is a casualty insurance company currently operating in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, and Ontario.  SGI also operates Saskatchewan's most affordable auto insurance program in the country.  

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Corporate Affairs and Planning Division as a temporary, full time Communications Officer at the SGI Head Office in Regina for a term through the end of October 2015. The starting salary for this opportunity will be $4,303 a month, supplemented by a range of benefits and opportunity for career advancement.

This is specialized work which includes researching, writing, and editing news releases, speeches, publications, brochures, manuals, web copy and advertisements.  Employees in this class lead the communication strategy for corporate initiatives.  Responsibilities include corporate social media maintenance; updates and responses on all social media platforms. Work is subject to a final review before publication or release.
