We have an exciting opportunity as a Management Trainee currently available. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be self motivated, able to problem solve, have the ability to accept and handle increased responsibility, be ambitious, and be willing to be a leader in the work place. This position has opportunity for growth and advancement.

Management Trainees gain knowledge and experience through an on-the-job training program. Trainees spend time in all areas of the facilities gaining knowledge in the successful operation of the facility.

This is a 12 month rotation program with assignments at various locations. Upon successful completion of this program you will move into a role best suited to your abilities.

You will:

Learn all aspects of plant operations related to meat processing to include logistics, production rates, and raw material inventory management.

Develop and apply key leadership competencies and positive employee relations

Develop general management competencies and business practices, including general financial analysis and fundamentals of basic project management.

Gain familiarity with quality assurance, good manufacturing practices, food safety, EHS (environmental, health, and safety),
