As a Customer Support Service Advisor with DirectWest, you will collaborate with our internal Media Advisors to process all advertising contracts and forms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely, accurate production and tracking of display and creative advertising, value-add products and customer proofs for the print and online directories.
Typical Duties (not all inclusive)
1. Compiles, enters, edits & proofreads various advertising orders ensuring all procedures and guidelines are followed in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Checks and verifies telephone numbers for accuracy of name, address and telephone number and updates systems records.
3. Resolves all queries with SaskTel service representatives, selling companies, other service providers, advertising consultants and or the customer to ensure accuracy.
4. Checks for the accuracy of listings and ads prior to publication.
Qualifications for this position include:
1. Minimum Grade X11 (Level 30), with Certificate or Diploma in office education or 2 years experience in a related role.
2. Must demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Must have demonstrated the ability to work well with others and take direction.
4. Must have demonstrated attention to detail.
5. Strong computer skills with the understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
6. Basic knowledge/comfort of digital technology and social media platforms.
