Description

Position Overview

This position is responsible for merchandising activity within an assigned work area across multiple channels and retailers.

Responsibilities

Review visit instructions, program tools and plan visit schedule
Pre-call location(s) to arrange for visit as required
Organize car stock
Travel to assign retail location(s)
Daily Reporting of Visits on Workforce Management Platform
Daily communication with Field Manager.

Visits may include some or all of the following:

Complete product/program resets, relines, fixture installations
Merchandise product sections
Build displays
Install Point of Sale (POS)
Eliminate out of stock and out of date product
Clean and stock shelves
Complete pricing and competitive intelligence audits
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Validate and execute planograms
Complete daily call reports
Establish and maintain relationship with store management
Coordinate with team members and manager to establish goals and accomplish tasks
Participate in program conference calls and meetings


Qualifications:

Technologically savvy with access to smart phone, camera and internet
Access to reliable vehicle
Previous merchandising experience preferred
Ability to understand and follow planograms preferred
Detail-oriented, good problem solver and possess excellent communication skills
Flexible and reliable
The applicant must be able to work flexible hours which may include evenings and/or weekends
Ability to work independently as well as within work teams
Collaborative problem solver, results driven
Ability to lift, bend and stand for duration of the shift
