Innovation Credit Union is currently seeking an innovative, dynamic, highly motivated Human Resource professional to join our People Division.  Reporting to the AVP People & Development, this position assists with Human Resource strategies and processes, and supports and assists the coordination of employee development & recruitment practices.  Additional responsibilities include:
- Cooperate with other HR roles to coordinate and execute employee and recruitment development needs
- Provide support and counsel on matters relating to HR practices, training issues, and resolution of HR issues
- Management and maintenance of HR reporting requirements and HR Benchmarking
- Maintenance and security of employee records, ensuring confidentiality
