This team player will be responsible for reception duties, computer work, filing and providing support to the broker as well as the other team members. Administration experience is preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency is required. We welcome all inquiries on this position.
Computer:
Manage website leads
Keep our team website and social media sites up to date
Create digital listing presentations
Manage client information
Minor accounting responsibilities
Create brouchers and other marketing materials
Research marketing ideas
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge of Paint and other similar programs (i.e.: Adobe, Creative Cloud, etc.)
Community Events:
Design and create Thank You baskets for clients
Help with involvement in Yorkton Chamber of Commerce events
Organize charity events
Organize client events
Help prepare seminars for home buyers and sellers
Help organize open houses
Daily Job Duties:
Assist in day to day operations
Assist the broker, agents, additional administration staff, and bookkeeper
Assist in implementing policies and procedures
Greet clients that enter the office and make them feel welcome
Input new listings and report sales
Upload photos onto all media sites
Maintain office files
Schedule showings for agents
Prepare sale documents and instructional letters for mortgage lenders and lawyers
Ensure that all advertisements comply with the rules and regulations set out in the MLS bylaws
