Restaurant Manager required with minimum of two years of experience in managing restaurant floor area.
Eligible candidate should have at least a diploma or other related certificate in hospitality management program.
Person should be available to work evenings, day, night, weekends, shift and on call.
Applicant is expected to have good English skills.
Eligible candidate should have good management skills.
Job duties include some of the following:
Organize and manage the operation of the restaurant.
Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.
Recruit staff and train the restaurant staff.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Negotiate arrangement with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Manage restaurant budget.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
