Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the lease fleet assets consisting of our rentable and leasable relocatable structures.
Key Accountabilities
The Fleet Administrator performs some or all of the following duties:
Booking fleet transportation and creating all related documentation
Monitoring daily fleet activity
Preparation and maintenance of all fleet reports
Weekly reconciliation of fleet in yard
Entering and tracking all subleased units
Backtrack unit history for service personnel
Track units in production
Generate, process and track SWOs and costs
Generate approved POs to dispatch service
Get quotes and dispatch hot shot services
Maintaining and organizing electronic and hard copy unit files
Sporadic yard walks to visually confirm units
Scheduling of subcontracts
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school required, post-secondary would be an asset
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2 years of experience in fleet management or administration is required
Be fluent in multiple software applications, such as- SAP, Microsoft Office applications
Must be fluent in English both oral and written
Strong attention to detail
Organizational and prioritization skills
