Description

Coco Paving Inc., a leader in the heavy road construction business in Ontario, Quebec and Western Canada, has an opportunity for an Asphalt Plant Foreman.

What's involved?
Effectively plan the daily schedule for work crew and/or contractors.
Supervise and coordinate the daily schedule for subcontractors.
Understand and comply with the bid estimate and project specifications.
Order condiments such as lime, oil etc. on a daily basis.
Document on a daily basis all aspects of a project (daily diary written and photographic).
Promote and enforce quality measures
Conduct and document daily employee pre-shift meetings.
Promote and enforce Company health & safety policies with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.

What is required?
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years related experience in an Asphalt plant
Willing to travel and live in a work camp

What's nice to have?
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
