SALES
-Work is done primarily from Factory location so NO COLD CALL travel is necessary.
-Factory Direct pricing as well as aggressive advertising make sales easy with over 90% of customers calling us.
-Focus on building and developing strong relationships with clients
-Effectively manage leads by determining how to best close sales by use of product knowledge.
- Maintain quality service and provide professional, technical knowledge to customer base
SERVICE /SET UP
-Assist and track crews set up progress, organize work orders, and file on site crew pictures and videos.
- Maximize the amount of work crews do through proper organizing/job scheduling, minimizing travel.
Salary - Base Salary plus:
- $4000 plus untapped earning potential with a profit sharing/incentive based approach on both sales and service.
- Cell phone and *complete benefit package.
Probationary period of 3 months.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales role AN asset ----Preferably in the agriculture industry
- Proven results in successfully attaining and exceeding organizational goals
-Strong computer skills in maintaining ongoing excel spreadsheets to track progress and follow ups
- Familiar and comfortable in both farming and more specifically grain storage and construction a big asset.
-Mechanically inclined/understand how things work and are put together/assembled.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone and in a team environment and drive results
- Oral communication with ability to work both effectively with both customers, contractors and owners.
