SALES
-Work is done primarily from Factory location so NO COLD CALL travel is necessary.
-Factory Direct pricing as well as aggressive advertising make sales easy with over 90% of customers calling us.
-Focus on building and developing strong relationships with clients
-Effectively manage leads by determining how to best close sales by use of product knowledge.
-Maintain quality service and provide professional, technical knowledge to customer base
SERVICE /delivery
- Organize loads according to semi-loads, arrange pick-ups, schedule deliveries and Assist truckers with routes, paperwork, accounting, arranging for permits etc.
-File incoming and outgoing loads- both wide and non-wide loads.
- Maximize the amount of product on each load without overloading keeping in mind the way it is loaded and weight restrictions/regulations that must be followed.
Salary - Base Salary plus:
-- $4000 plus untapped earning potential with a profit sharing/incentive based approach on both sales and service.
- Cell phone and *complete benefit package.
Probationary period of 3 months.
Qualifications:
- Experience an asset in sales/service role ----Preferably in the agriculture industry
-Strong computer skills in maintaining ongoing excel spreadsheets to track progress and follow ups
-1 A licence and picker experience a big asset.
- Familiar and comfortable in trucking, trailers, logistics and more specifically trucking industry in general a big asset.
- Successful in attaining and exceeding organizational sales targets/or goals etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone and in a team environment and drive results accordingly
- Oral communication with ability to work both effectively with both customers, truckers and owners.
