DARMANI is a full line manufacture of corrugated and steel grain storage products.  This job is attractive in that we experience growth in both prosperous as well as slower economic times due to our FACTORY DIRECT pricing programs and unique patented products.    
More specifically, primary responsibilities will include:
    SALES
-Work is done from your home office so NO COLD CALL travel is necessary.
- Phone calls /leads will be directed your way for follow up and sales conversion.  
-Factory Direct pricing as well as aggressive advertising make sales easy with over 90% of customers calling us.  
-Focus on building and developing strong relationships with clients
- Understand the market and DARMANIS unique advantages in order to recommend appropriate products and cost effective grain storage solutions.
- Effectively manage leads by determining how to best close sales by use of product knowledge.
- Maintain quality service and provide professional, technical knowledge to customer base
        
Salary - Base Salary plus:
*YEARLY -30,000-60,000/Year (Incentive base pay schedule)  
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales an asset ---Preferably in the agriculture industry
-Strong computer skills in maintaining ongoing excel spreadsheets to track progress and follow ups
- Proven results in successfully attaining and exceeding organizational sales targets/goals etc.  
- Highly motivated with the ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone and in a team environment
- Oral communication with ability to work both effectively with both customers.
