Accounting Clerk
Citylife Group of companies is located in a newly constructed office building at #50-710 Cynthia Street. Our office is the centralized headquarters for a number of companies owned and operated by the same local owner and consists of our management, administrative and accounting offices. We are currently looking to add a fulltime Accounting Clerk to our team in a permanent fulltime capacity.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent work related experience
- Strong computer skills
- Highly detail-orientated and organized
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily duties.
Requirements of the position:
All facets of accounting will be covered including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and month end procedures
- Payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Government Remittances such as source deductions, PST and GST
- Various other accounting related duties
