The Vaughn Wyant Automotive Group is excited to be accepting applications for a Parts Person/Service Advisor for our growing Mitsubishi dealership. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, who will enjoy dealing with our amazing customers, has a passion for automobiles and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment.

-    Ability to work independently and as a team

In this exciting role, you will:
-    Receives and sorts incoming parts and supplies
-    Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner
-    Maintains records of orders and the amount, item and location of parts supplies on hand using an inventory system
-    Prepares requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
-    Communicates with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
-    Obtains customer and vehicle data
-    Calls customers with updates on the progress of their vehicle
-    Reviews work performed, answers any questions and explains charges and coverage
-    explains warranty and extended warranty policies
