Professional office looking for an administrative assistant. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the time and billings program; accounts receivable, general office management, filing and some typing. Limited reception and various other clerical duties included. Job suitable for full, three-quarter or half-time applicants.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel necessary. Knowledge of CCH Practice, and QuickBooks an asset.
