-Take responsibility for the receiving, processing and shipping of specialty grains and oilseeds.
-Assist with bringing a new modern specialty crop processing facility online and ramping up production.
-Experience in receiving, storing and cleaning of grain and specialty crops.
-Ability to supervise staff and operate various grain cleaning and handling equipment including railcars.
-Ability to manage and operate a safe, efficient bulk grain facility while maintaining high quality and production standards.
-Assist General Manager with overall operation of the facility.
Qualifications:
-5-7 years senior experience in a grain cleaning and shipping environment.
-Experience with grain grading and handling protocols
-Mechanical aptitude and cleaning equipment operational experience.
-Desire to grow and develop additional skills with commensurate rewards.
-Willing to spend some time travelling to other facilities to gain experience and while new facility is being completed.
-Desire to work with a progressive team the rewards performance.
