About the Opportunity
Currently, we have an opening for a full time Automotive Service Technician in Assiniboia, SK.
Maintaining and observing proper safety precautions at all times, you will have the following responsibilities:
Diagnose and carry our repairs on automobiles;
Repair broken or worn mechanical components;
Operate diagnostic equipment;
Liaise with Work-Shop Controller;
Write vehicle damage repair estimates;
Maintain repair and service records;
Install equipment, components and systems, replace mechanical units etc.;
Test vehicles before and after repairs;
Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements; and
Repair electrical wiring, circuits and fixtures.
We are accepting applications from all levels of Apprentices, and Journeymen with automotive experience. Ideal candidates will have direct experience with brake systems, alignment/steering/suspension, diesel engines, and diagnostics.
In exchange for all your hard work and determination, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $17 - $32 per hour based on your experience and skill level.
