The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority is currently hiring for a friendly, ambitious, and professional Administrative Assistant to join the team.
What youll do:
provide reception support by being the first point of contact for the office;
use your effective and efficient administrative skills to assist with the daily operations of the housing authority;
maintain a high degree of attention to detail while entering data;
use your knowledge of office systems and procedures to work both independently, and as part of the team;
provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
What were looking for:
an effective communicator with strong customer service and analytical skills;
the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with colleagues, tenants, and the public;
the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
What youll need:
Certificate or diploma in general office administration, or equivalent, from a recognized post-secondary institution;
At least 1 year of related experience
This full-time position is 35 hours/week and offers an excellent benefit plan in addition to a competitive salary.
