NETWORK ANALYST
TB System Solutions - Lloydminster, AB
Computer Service Technician, Network Analyst
Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and upgrading of computer equipment and other hardware and software. Provides On-site IT Services. Duties will include:
Assemble and configure computers and peripherals.
Supporting clients networks and servers.
Performs routine system maintenance and upgrading tasks.
Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems; and recommends and performs remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
Providing remote support to clients.
Travelling short distances to support our clientele.
Customer service, maintaining client base.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills & Abilities)
IT related Certificate or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
Related troubleshooting experience and/or IT customer service experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
Possess A+ certification, another hardware/software related certification would be an asset
Valid drivers licence
