Successful applicant must have the following experience
Minimum three years of experience in the fast food industry
Available to work any shift
Weekly inventory and monitoring food costs
Weekly ordering of supplies
Staff scheduling
Training staff
Human Resource functions including recruiting, hiring and firing
Food and restaurant safety
Maintenance of equipment
Provide great customer service
Have strong leadership skills
Must be physically able to lift heavy product, and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Work-flow and trouble-shooting of service line
Present a professional appearance
Holidays unavailable to be taken during the month of December
