Role and Responsibilities
Entering grain receipts and processing settlements
Accounts payable/receivable
Customer service
Contracts, pricing, filing
Ensure customer correspondence is executed on time
Entering grain shipments (truck & rail)
Releasing railcars
Reception responsibilities; Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
Receiving and distribution of mail
Entering grain contracts
Work closely, communicate and provide back up for other administrative staff to ensure the effectiveness of the operations team.
Other administrative duties as required
