They perform functions such as basic bookkeeping, monthly financial reconciliations, financial statements, personal and corporate tax returns.  

The Partner/Principal will be responsible for the overall day to day operations of the firm and its development. The Partner/Principal will also be involved in implementing and monitoring the strategic goals of the firm and will need to ensure client relationships are maintained with the highest level of service standards set by the Partnership committee. While building client loyalty, the Partner will be at the forefront in setting and maintaining performance goals and provide guidance to all of the existing partners as well. Along with building and maintaining a strong book of business, the Partner/Principal will be responsible for all client reorganizational structuring, transitional plans and business mentorship programs.

The Partner/Principal will be a strategic professional who is confident in building relationships and who has demonstrated success along with leadership experience. The Partner/Principal will have at least ten years of management experience and public accounting. He/she will have a strong background in business management, accounting standards, reporting guidelines and Canadian Taxation, holding an Accounting designation.
