Description

Are you our next Team Member? We are seeking a Sr Project Engineer at our Esterhazy, SK location. The Sr Engineer expansion will manage time sensitive, high ranking projects in the department. Activities relating to this job include project scoping, technical design, scheduling, cost estimating, development of specifications, procurement, supervision, and construction management. The engineer will assist with the development of new project management processes and tools. The Sr Engineer will also support production and maintenance by working as a team to achieve the strategic priorities of Mosaic.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Registered as P.Eng with APEGS.
* 5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
* Microsoft Office Suite, Engineering Software, Maximo.
* Display a positive attitude towards management, peers, and reports. Exhibit strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills with ability to build relationships with all level of employees. Capable of handling confidential material in a professional manner.
* Project management and people leadership skills, well organized, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and self-motivation is a requirement.
* Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
