The German Cultural Center is currently seeking for an individual who can work closely with the Events Coordinator to ensure all events are carried out successfully.  The individual must possess excellent oral and written communications skills and have experience in the banquet and events industry.

Description:
-work with Events Coordinator to ensure proper staffing is in place to ensure quality service, set up and tear down of function
-responsible for the appearance of staff and ensure dress code is enforced
-promote team work
-communicate and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered in a timely fashion
-ensure events are set up according to contract
-inventory pertaining to banquet department
