As a Mortgage Specialist you will apply business development techniques in order to originate, build and relationship manage a third-party network of referral sources to build a pipeline of mortgage business. Work towards the achievement of sales targets for mortgage products and services by applying sales and service principles, practices and techniques. Partner with the Branch team to ensure proper customer hand off in order to finalize mortgage documentation, as well as, refer customers with non-mortgage needs. Protect the Banks assets by adhering to all lending policies and procedures, as well as, legal, ethical and process requirements.

* Expertise in lending philosophies and experience in residential mortgages.
