The Five Hills Health Region, Pioneers Housing, is seeking a permanent part time Manager, Clinical Services.  Reporting to the Director of Care (DOC) and in accordance with the Saskatchewan Healthcare Management System (Lean) and congruent with the mission, vision and values of the Five Hills Health Region, the Manager is responsible for planning, implementation and coordination of care and assisting the DOC to lead and enable a culture a safety and improvement. The Manager is responsible under the Lean Methodology approach to work directly with the care team to provide efficient and effective operational and clinical leadership in the 74 bed LTC/ALC (Long term care/
alternate leve of care) facility.

SHIFTS
- Days
- 22.5 hours per 1 week rotation

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Masters Degree, preferred
- Registered or eligible for registration with SRNA or RPNAS
- 5 years experience in the field/3 years management experience (preferred)
- Lean Leader certificate is an asset.
