Description

QCK Gymnastics has been providing recreational and competitive gymnastics programming in Regina, Saskatchewan, for over 30 years. In its most recent season, there were more than 10,000 visits to the facility by its members and community users, including QCKs 103 competitive gymnasts and 600 recreational gymnasts. The competitive program has athletes in the Womens and Mens Artistic Gymnastics disciplines who compete at all levels, ranging from pre-competitive through to national.

The QCK Gymnastics Club of Regina will be moving to a new facility in 2017, making this a timely opportunity for an enterprising individual to lead the club as its moves forward in growing its membership base and in becoming a centre of excellence for the sport of gymnastics.
Reporting to the QCK Gymnastics Club of Regina Board of Directors, the Executive Directors primary responsibilities will be the management of the QCK Gymnastics Club operations and the implementation of the QCK Gymnastics Club 2015-2018 Strategic Plan.

The preferred candidate will possess a university degree or college diploma, strong business acumen, experience with non-profit organizations, exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills, and a client-focused approach to management. Previous experience in the sport of gymnastics at a high level and/or sports administration would be considered an asset.
