Kramer Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for a Credit Administrator to join our team in Regina. If youre a high energy, self-motivated individual who is willing to work hard in a team-oriented environment, we want to talk to you!
Whats Involved:
Receive and process credit applications
Set up approved credit applications
Make collection calls and collect payment
Set up customer accounts
Take customer payments and refunds
Post cheques, point of sale and cash deposits
Prepare daily bank deposits
Reconcile unapplied payments
Maintain credit limit on accounts
Manage incoming calls from customers regarding invoices; concerns with invoices or accounts
Whats Required:
Must be highly organized, and have the ability to multi task
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be a strong team player
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Able to work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision
Must be proficient in written and oral communication
Strong accounting knowledge
Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
Must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, and detail oriented
