Cervus Equipment is the largest dealer of forklifts in Western Canada and have nine forklift dealerships across Western Canada with the most extensive fleet of material handling equipment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager for our Regina Forklift Group!

As the Branch Manager for our Forklift & Materials Handling dealership you will be accountable for:
- Developing effective relationships with customers, suppliers, employees at the branch and SRO offices, and in the community
- Managing the daily operations of the branch, recognizing what is in the best interest of the branch and company; making decisions accordingly
- Working with department managers to create and implement business plans, forecasts,  sales targets and operating budgets
- Primary focus will be enhancing customer service levels with an increased focus on the development of parts and service departments
- Ensuring increased sales and profitability while maintaining a focus on creating a positive work environment


What we are looking for?
- Minimum 4 years industry experience, clear understanding of industrial equipment industry and solid product knowledge
- Bachelors Degree in business management or a minimum 5 years experience in business management
- Strong personal sales ability including objection management with solid accounting and financial skills
- The ability to understand and execute corporate goals and direction
