We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Shared Resources Office in Saskatoon.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will:
- Complete payable entries and vendor reconciliation
- Ensure company liabilities are accurate and up to date and vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits
- Provide regular reporting related to payables
- Maintain regular contact with branch management and provide exemplary internal & external customer service
- Other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone with:
- Basic knowledge of the accounting cycle and an entry level understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Post-secondary education in accounting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting computer application systems and MS Office
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
