As a key member of the management team, the Property Manager reports to the President/Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the management and maintenance services for Namerind Housing Corporation and its associated businesses. This position is accountable to ; manage goals, timelines and related budgets; comply with all relevant legislation; manage maintenance staff and external contractors.
