Adaptive Media is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (commission based) to join our newly established firm. This is an exciting opportunity in a corporate sales environment (B2B). The successful candidate will offer their sales knowledge, experience, and bring in new clients.
The Business Development Associates main responsibility is to research, pursue and close new business opportunities. Individuals will be rewarded highly with commission as high as 15% on the new business sales they close.
Position Responsibilities:
Researching and identifying new business opportunities
Performing outbound calls
Responsible for generating leads for the Project Manager
Catering to different audiences using expertise, tact, diplomacy and listening skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of web media services will be advantageous.
Demonstrated perseverance when establishing & building relationships with clients.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in conjunction with building credibility and confidence
Experience in sales is a definite asset.
Proven ability to deliver results within required deadlines.
Ability to work independently
Commission based position: Opportunity to earn up to 15% commission on each new sale (closed project)*
