Please apply if you desire to manage and lead assigned projects and business activities; pursue new business by nurturing client relationships, leading proposal calls and achieving strategic goals for market growth;negotiate contractual obligations, scope of work, schedules and business plan targets; collaborate with clients in determining design, budget, and schedule commitments for multiple concurrent projects;
guide, critique and collaborate in design activities; and overseeing project implementation, quality and profitability on all assigned projects.
You will hold a CCAB recognized Bachelor and Masters Degree in Architecture, will be well on your way to 10 plus years of relevant experience; hold a Saskatchewan Association of Architects licence or the ability to register; LEED Accreditation Professional Designation is an asset; and have a Professional portfolio demonstrating strong design, problem solving skills and leadership abilities on private and public sector projects.
