Description

Pepper Tree Restaurant o/a 611811 Saskatchewan Ltd located at 201 Main St., Watrous, Saskatchewan  is looking for a full-time and permanent Cook (NOC 6242) to be assigned to the said location.

As Cook, the successful applicant is expected to be experienced, honest, reliable and perform the following duties:

    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
    Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
    Oversee kitchen operations
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
    May set up and oversee buffets
    May clean kitchen and work area
    May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.

The chosen candidate will receive a wage of CAD$12.50 per hour. All federal and Saskatchewan mandated benefits will be provided.

Qualifications:

    Minimum secondary school completion is required.
    At least 1 year cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel and other hospitality industry setting
