Queen City Medical Specialists is seeking a mature, reliable, full time Administrative Assistant who can multi task and assist in a very busy Medical Specialists Office.
Experience is a must - this position requires clerical duties experience such as answering phones, handling mail, electronic faxes, booking numerous appointments and handling patient clientele in a professional manner. This candidate would be required to have transcribing experience and will be responsible to bill medical claims to MCIB - which we will provide training for.
