Description

Paradigm is positioned for growth and seeking contract trainers (maximum of 2) to deliver the following three UK Cabinet Office professional standard course offerings in the Regina area beginning April 2015.  
    1  Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)  Practitioner Training Course  April 20  24, 2015
    1  Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) Practitioner Training Course  May 4  8, 2015
Summary of responsibilities:
    AXELOS Trainer Certificate (Mandatory) with relevant Post-Secondary Education
    Assist with course preparation activities by way of ordering the appropriate training manuals, workbooks and all relevant exams from an Accredited Training Organization  
    Coordinate with Paradigms training coordinator on requirements for facilities and training aids
    Deliver the Cabinet Office professional standard curriculums in an effective an efficient manner
    Conduct training by presenting: MSP, and P3O methodologies incorporating examples of proven use
    Provide incremental assistance to participants as required (to ensure exam readiness)
    Employ classroom management skills to deliver curriculum within the 5-days
    Utilize different techniques and methods of instruction to appeal to individual participants
    Maintain methodology knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
    Fill the role of procurator of exam (based on guidelines provided)
    Administer surveys as provided
