SIGA is currently looking for creative, motivated, passionate, and energetic individuals to join our team.
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of SIGA's guiding principles, structure, and First Nations culture.
Knowledge of human resources, financial, and budgeting policies, procedures and best practices.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and JD Edwards (or similar HRIS) and the ability to learn additional programs as required.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
Must consent to a background check in order to qualify for a Gaming License.
Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)
Must be 19 years of age or older
OTHER INFORMATION:
Must be able to work evening and weekend work as required.
Must be able to travel to attend meetings, etc.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to work in an environment that is exposed to tobacco smoke and high noise levels.
MAIN DUTIES:
This position will report directly to the General Manager, and will focus on promoting the growth and development of First Nations employment by overseeing the provision of a broad range of HR services to Casino employees and management.
