Job Purpose: Provide each guest with exceptional treatment/experience and high quality or service by greeting, welcoming, and directing clients and customers appropriately; check in clients, booking reservations, prepare proper forms; and maintain telecommunications system. Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service Answering calls: referring inquiries and booking reservations
Maintain a working knowledge of all spa services, answer questions about the spa and its amenities Welcomes clients by greeting them orienting them to the spa Offer guests beverage or light snack upon arrival, occasionally need to serve alcoholic beverages
Preparing proper forms for return/new clients Data entry and filing Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintain the cleanliness of the spas guest-facing areas, including the reception area, treatment rooms, and lounge areas; dispose of trash, bring dirty linens to the proper area for laundering; and stock towels, linens, supplies and amenities in the filling stations and lounge areas when needed
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Receive and input product orders Obtaining set sales goals Restocking and merchandising product Attend and participate in company meetings and training
Skills/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, telephone skills and exceptional verbal communication, Microsoft Office skills- knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications, reception area experience as well as familiarity with spa-booking software are an asset, must possess exceptional guest relations and communication skills.
