EPCOR Water Canada is looking to fill one full-time permanent Maintenance Crew Lead position located at the wastewater treatment plant in Regina, SK.

No shift work is required and this position involves very limited travel, allowing you to be home every evening.
The Maintenance Crew Lead is accountable for:
-Planning, scheduling and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance work.
-Providing higher-level technical expertise and assistance with regards to problem investigation and resolution.
-Developing and establishing work standards and procedures for the electrical, instrumentation & mechanical components of the Water/Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
-Determining resource requirements, ordering and arranging materials & parts
-Conducting pre-job safe work plans & post-job briefings.
-Supporting project delivery by participating in project reviews, commissioning and start-up activities.
The successful candidate will possess:
-Journeyman Electrician and/or Instrumentation certificate(s) with interprovincial designation. Dual ticket preferred.
-Progressively responsible journeyman experience in an industrial maintenance environment, including a minimum of 2 years supervising employees from multiple trades in a unionized environment.

Jurisdiction: CUPE 21
Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly; Monday to Friday(shift work not required)
