Description

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard free work environment.
Stocks and organizes work areas, fridges, freezers, and storerooms.
Prepare and cook meals while ensuring food quality, presentation and consistency is maintained at all times in accordance with kitchen operating standards.
Consistently monitors kitchen operations and cleanliness.
Builds and maintains relationships with team members and front of house staff.
Follows proper ordering, inventory and receiving procedures.
Shows leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and cooking.
Works closely with and reports to the Head Restaurant Chef
Able to meet deadlines, works well in fast-paced environment, multi-tasking abilities.
Deliver best quality of food for best guest service.
Monitoring all Culinary Standards.
Monitor Sanitation standards.
Other Duties as Required
Able to learn quickly in a fast working environment
Flexible, must be willing to work a variety of hours, based on the business needs
Performs well under pressure
