Description

We are looking for an energetic individual to provide leadership and direction in the day to day operations of Hall Rental Homes and Hall Executive Suites.

Key Responsibilities include:
Overseeing a variety of tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly.

Provide guidance, direction and feedback to maintenance, cleaning and office staff as well as contractors.

Quality assurance

Customer and tenant relations

Manage service requests

Problem resolution

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different levels of management, staff, outside partners, tenants and the general public

Knowledge of tenant/landlord rights would be an asset
