We are presently looking for individuals with previous supervisory or keyholder experience in the retail, sales or food service industry.
Responsibilities include:
-Offering customers the best selection of resale merchandise
- Ability to work side by side with team members processing quality items, ensuring we are hitting targets and goals, this includes coaching and training.
-Supervising and directing team members, monitoring and providing feedback on progress
-Hiring and training new team members.
- Maintaining a respectful and value driven work place that focuses on development and growth.
- Receive and respond to customer questions, complaints and requests.
-Following all company policies and procedures, ensuring they are upheld
