The Order Desk person will be responsible for effectively receiving and processing new customer orders while developing and growing customer relationships for the purpose of improving profitability. They will also be responsible for ordering required materials and maintaining inventory with the goal of reducing costs.
The successful applicant:
must have strong computer skills ( MS office, word, excel and email)
must have a good verbal and written English
must be a team player with a willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail
must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
must be firm but diplomatic
must have excellent communication skills and able to work well with other departments
must be very well organized
must hold a current driver's license and have reliable transportation
must be able to think outside the box
must have high school diploma, secondary education is an asset
must have 2-5 years office experience is an asset
must be a Canadian Citizen
