To provide individualized support for select individuals requiring additional social, emotional and behavioural support through both community and agency-based program options.
To develop, teach and supervise meaningful work and quality of life opportunities.
To accompany and support program participants on a 1:1 or 1:3 staff to participant ratio in community based programs such as volunteer work, fitness and leisure programs.
To provide coaching and social/emotional support to meet the behavioral and interpersonal needs of the participant.
To offer guidance and support that will encourage independence and will assist participants in achieving their personal goals.
To provide transportation to and from the community based programs.
