REPORTS TO: Banquet Manager JOB SUMMARY:    Individual is responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for catering guests, through efficient, professional service, supplying a product that fulfils guest expectations.
EFFORTS & DEMANDS:
- Consistently present on time as scheduled, appropriately uniformed and groomed. - Prepare and clean up for all banquet events. - Must be able to walk various floor surfaces for an extended period of time. - Required to carry heavy trays of food, dishes and glassware. - must be able to move tables and chairs.
When manager is not available will be required to take over the duties for Banquet Manager.  Experience not required Employer willing to train.
