What you need to work with us:
*A commitment to excellence in customer service and delivering great experiences

*A professional and engaging disposition accompanied by the ability to work well in a fast-paced setting
*Outstanding time management, problem solving and negotiation skills, put to use to deliver excellent customer experiences
*Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and set priorities
*Secondary School Diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education is an asset
*Valid provincial drivers license is required and access to a vehicle is desirable
Additional requirements for management roles:
*Ability to structure, organize and run a successful business including generating sale leads and securing collections
*Team leadership, coaching and recruitment/selection skills
*Minimum 1 year of management experience
*Understanding and experience within financial statements, credit/lending, and/or collections
