Description

Our Office Coordinator should be friendly and professional with strong communication skills. We are looking for an individual to represent Derkson Developments Regina in many different office roles therefore you must be adaptable and show initiative
Daily duties for the Office Coordinator position will vary with each day, including but not limited to:
Reception
Filing, scanning and data entry
Basic Accounting including: Quotes and sales, Invoicing, A/P and A/R, Payroll submission
Mail distribution
Greeting and directing clients and customers

Qualifications for the Office Coordinator position include all of the following:
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
Full knowledge and understanding of social media
Creativity to manage and create online advertising
Data Entry experience, attention to detail
1-3 years experience in an administrative role
Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
Very strong interpersonal skills
Excellent Time Management
Experience in Customer Service roles is an asset
Own Transportation (making bank deposits is part of the roles and responsibilities and will be reimbursed for fuel)
Must be fluent in English both oral and written
Organizational and prioritization skills
Neat in appearance
