Our client, a recognized and reputable Saskatchewan organization, is in need of Clerical Support over an 8 week period in their Weyburn office.

In this role, you will:
- Complete filing, scanning and data entry
- Receive and sort all incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle the transfer and disposal/recycle of large volumes of records
- Respond to enquiries over phone, in person or electronically
- Maintain records, documentation and inventory for all department activity
- Perform general office duties that may include running errands, ordering office supplies, etc.
Education:
- Grade 12. Office Education/administrative training is an asset.
Experience:
- 2+ years of related office experience
Computer:
- Working knowledge (intermediate level) of Word Perfect/Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Personality / Desired attributes:
- Strong data entry skills and basic understanding of filing systems
- Ability to operate simple office equipment
- Ability to lift and stack boxes of records if necessary
- An independent approach to work; minimum direction needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable; takes pride in a job well done
