Precision Paving Stone & Landscape is seeking a part or full time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper.  The ideal applicant will possess or be working towards a Business Degree or diploma and/or minimum 2+ years experience.  Ideal applicant must be self-motivating and enjoy working in a small office, maintaining all accounting records as well as assisting in other office duties.  This position is Monday - Friday.  Hours are flexible.

Applicant must have strong computer skills and be familiar with QuickBooks Accounting Software.  Familiarity with Computer Landscape programing would be considered an asset; however not required.  

Job Duties include:
Day to day bookkeeping
Payroll
Payroll Remittance
GST Remittance
Estimates
Invoicing
Accounts payable/receivable
Upkeep of website
Minor Marketing tasks
Filing
Answering phone calls & emails
Use of Computer Landscape program to complete drawings for clients
