THIS EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY INVOLVES A 2-WEEK ROTATION WORK SCHEDULE.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be willing and have the ability to acknowledge and understand the following manuals:
-The Scheduled Service Manual
-Skyline Training Manual
-Tariff, Dangerous Goods, and Firearms manuals
-Safety Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Manuals
-Any additional regulatory requirements
-Knowledge of a Float Base an asset
Exceptional customer service skills and have interpersonal skills that strengthen inter-company communications and relations
Computer skills are an asset
Able to resolve conflict management
Self-motivated and able to work within given timeline
Effective leadership skills and be a team player
Organizational skills imperative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Productivity - passenger, aircraft and baggage must be processed in a timely manner
Customer Relations
File and keep comprehensive paperwork for auditing purposes
Scheduling, training and management of staff and inbound/outbound aircraft
Daily cash reports and third party billing
Effective communication with peers and department Director
Understanding the safety of aircraft and apron movements
Government security regulations
